[ PVC ] PVC market is going up in Hebei province

Downstream producers restart operation slowly in Hebei province. PVC demand has not resume to previous level. The prevailing price of acetylene-based PVC is RMB 7200-7300/mt ex-work. But sources predict that PVC market will warm up in the future.
