Recently, an acetylene-based PVC export producer in North China increased its price by about USD10/ton FOB. According to the business, the PVC manufacturer in the region operated normally. However, affected by the export quotations from other countries and the international turbulence, no transactions were concluded among the local export enterprises who seemed not so competitive compared with other counterparts. In such circumstance, most downstream customers took a cautious attitude toward the market.
