Recently, the acetylene-based PVC export market has further decreased in Xinjiang, Northwest China, with a drop of about USD 30/ton FOB. According to a business, now the production enterprises in the region operate normally, offering sufficient supplies of goods. However, only a limited number of export transactions have been concluded in the region due to the continuous downturn of downstream markets, resulting in a further decrease in the export quotation in a wait-and-see sentiment of downstream customers. It is estimated that the local PVC export market is unlikely to rise in the following few days.
