Recently, due to the impact of lowered domestic PVC import quotations, ethylene PVC export enterprises in East China have reduced their offer prices to around USD 840/ton FOB. Against the backdrop of weak demand in the Asian PVC market, local PVC manufacturers have been forced to cut prices. Despite the significant price decline, customers remain apathetic about counter offers and purchase intentions. Currently, most downstream companies are taking a wait-and-see attitude.
