Small Trading Volume Recorded in the Ethylene-based PVC Exports in East China

Recently, the ethylene-based PVC export market has shown a downward trend in East China, with companies offering prices ranging from USD 770 to USD 780/ton. According to local enterprises, the current operating rate stays around 75% while the transaction atmosphere remains flat in the regional export market where these exporters often resort to domestic sales to digest inventory.
