Mexico PVC resin and pipe manufacturer, Mexichem announced that the acquisition of Vinyl Holdings, UK vinyl compound Holdings (Compounds, VCHL) on Nov. 28th , and the specific financial terms are not disclosed. VCHL mainly produces PVC based pipes, profiles, footwear and consumer goods. The annual sales stand at about $40 million. Mexichem vinyl business in the 12 months ended September 30th with sales of approximately $2 billion, with more than 18000 employees in 30 countries.
