U.S. media reported, Syngenta′s chief financial officer said recently that, the China Chemical Corp will not be forced to raise prices to compensate the company for the Swiss industry and pesticide manufacturers to pay tens of billions of dollars in the cost of acquisition. The "Wall Street" website reported, said in an interview with Syngenta, Syngenta will not raise prices due to China Chemical Group′s $43 billion acquisition plan.

However, the company also said that Syngenta must ensure that their investment returns, the company′s 2016 prices move with an additional $233 million in revenue. Syngenta’s CEO said that the transaction will complete with confidence in the second quarter of 2017, the EU regulatory authorities expected in the deal before April 12th approved.
