The Ministry of Commerce announced to carry on the investigation of anti dumping and anti subsidy investigation that the origin of imported ortho chloro nitro aniline from India. Notice said that, in January 5, 2017, the Ministry of Commerce issued an invitation to negotiate on the issue of countervailing investigations with the government of India, and in consultation with the government of India in February 10th.

According to the announcement, the investigation to determine the dumping investigation period is from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016, the industrial damage investigation period is from January 1, 2013 to September 30, 2016. Subsidy for the investigation period is from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016, the industrial damage investigation period is from January 1, 2013 to September 30, 2016.
