According to the Ministry of Commerce, last week (from June 12th to 18th) the national means of production market price index was basically flat with the previous week.

The price of basic chemical raw materials rose 0.6% compared to the previous week, including sulfuric acid, sodium carbonate, methanol prices rose by 1.3%, 1% and 0.1%, benzene prices fell 1.2%, caustic soda prices remain stable. The price of steel rose by 0.4%, among which the price of hot-rolled ordinary sheet, channel steel, galvanized sheet and hot-rolled strip rose by 1.5%, 1.3%, 0.7% and 0.5% respectively. Non-ferrous metals prices fluctuated slightly, including aluminum and zinc prices fell by 1.8% and 0.1%, respectively, and lead, tin, nickel and copper prices rose by 3.8%, 1.9%, 0.9% and 0.4% respectively. Fertilizer prices overall stable, of which potassium chloride, diammonium phosphate prices were down 0.1%, urea prices rose 0.1%, three yuan, compound fertilizer prices unchanged from the previous week. Coal prices fell by 0.1%, including anthracite prices fell by 0.4%, steam coal and coking coal prices were unchanged from the previous week. Rubber prices fell by 0.9%, of which synthetic rubber prices fell by 2.9%, natural rubber prices rose 0.5%.
