On November 21st, the State Administration of Work Safety released data showed that from January to October, the national administrative penalties for illegal acts in the field of coal mines, metal and nonmetal mines, hazardous chemicals, industry and trade sectors were up 93.1% , 63.4%, 65.1%, 102.9% year on year.

Relative Officials pointed out that by the end of the year, enterprises were willing to rush for projects and secure construction projects. In addition, due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather in winter, the safety risks were increasing.
