We understand and agree that the consulting reports are available on a propietary and confidential basis only, and "Cannot Be Shown, Copied, or Circulated" to anyone other than the officers and employees of our company and our company's majority-owned subsidiaries. Additionally, these reports may not be reproduced in whole or in part without prior approval from CCAON. We also understand that the consulting services include phone-in privileges and limited consulting time at CCAON during the year.
