On the morning of February 21st, a railway dedicated line project in the Liuhua Holdings Chlor Alkali Chemical Industry Park started smoothly.
Attended by Wang Yi, Secretary of the Party Committee of Luzhai County, Luo Gesheng, Vice President and General Manager of the Industrial Group, Yuan Zhigang, Secretary of the Party Committee, President and General Manager of Liuhua Holdings Company, Jia Hongyu, Standing Committee Member and Deputy County Mayor of Luzhai County, Pi Youliang, Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Xinning Railway Project Management Co., Ltd., and leaders of other companies of Liuhua Holdings, the groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Wei Wei, Deputy General Manager of Liuhua Holding Company.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Yuan Zhigang provided an overall picture of the project. He pointed out that the groundbreaking "Railway Special Line Project" is a key infrastructure construction project in Liuhua Chlor-Alkali Chemical Industry Park. The project covers a total land area of 5.63 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 60 million yuan, including the construction of the line and other supporting projects such as land and warehousing. After completed, it is expected to achieve a total railway transportation volume of 1 million tons per year.
On behalf of the construction agency, Pi Youliang promises to uphold the concept of "high standards, strict requirements, scientific principles, and practical work", actively seek new construction models and technological management innovations in a bid to improve the level of engineering quality and safety control and complete construction tasks on schedule safely, with high quality and efficiency.
Jia Hongyu, on behalf of the Luzhai County Party Committee and Government, expressed the government¡äs concerns and work requirements for this project, hoping that all parties can fully leverage their own advantages, carefully organize and promote construction work to achieve opening to traffic as soon as possible, thus providing strong support for the transformation and upgrading of Luzhai and the growth of its economy.
