From April 23rd to 24th, the Shaanxi Petrochemical Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Station conducted engineering quality handover acceptance for the 500,000 ton/year calcium carbide plus PVC integrated production expansion project of the electrification company affiliated with Shenmu Coal Chemical Company. The meeting was chaired by Ma Zhongyin, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shenmu Coal Chemical Company. Fan Shuaijun, the Director of the Provincial Petrochemical Quality Supervision Station Office, and a delegation of three people supervised and guided the entire acceptance work. The meeting was attended by relevant personnel from the Safety and Environmental Production Planning Department of Shenmu Coal Chemical Company, as well as personnel from project construction units and participating units such as survey, design, supervision, construction, and testing.

The meeting heard reports from the construction unit and various participating units on the inspection, self-assessment, and evaluation of engineering quality, and agreed that the engineering quality of this project is qualified, and agreed to the handover and acceptance. The smooth progress of the engineering quality handover and acceptance work marks the completion of the basic construction quality supervision procedure of the project, providing guarantees for the safe and stable operation of production equipment, and laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive completion and acceptance work of the project. The electrification company should strictly follow the opinions and suggestions of the expert group to develop rectification plans, implement responsibilities and goals, complete rectification tasks with high quality, form written reports, and timely report to the provincial petrochemical quality supervision station, striving to obtain the Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Report as soon as possible.
