As Fujian HuanyangĄ¯s circular economy industrial park project in the carbon third industry chain is in full swing, several construction machineries are working hard and rotary excavators with a height of over ten meters are accelerating the pile foundation rotary excavation. The roar of loaders and bulldozers is deafening, creating a bustling scene everywhere.
Started on February 27th, the project is currently in the pile foundation stage and is expected to be put into operation within 3-5 years.
The circular economy industrial park project of HuanyangĄ¯s Carbon Three Industry Chain is a high-quality industrial project introduced after the implementation of the Project of Exchanging Cages for Birds in the Sanxing plot of Beilun District. The project involves a total investment of 6.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 586 acres. It is built and implemented by Zhejiang Huanyang Xinhua New Materials Co., Ltd., a 25% stake in Beilun Jiaotou Group. The project is expected to produce 100,000 tons of special epoxy resin, 200,000 tons of propylene glycol and 260,000 tons of epichlorohydrin annually. By tackling key core technologies, the company will fill the gap in the domestic market in this area.
After the completion, the project will bring the highest production capacity of epoxy resin, 1,3-propanediol, and epichlorohydrin in the country, with an estimated annual output value of over 10 billion yuan. At the same time, it will drive the coordinated development of downstream industries such as the regional textile industry and high-end electronics.
