Recently, Formosa Plastics, a major Taiwanese producer, announced its PVC quotation for January with the price to China down USD 30/MT CFR and price to India reduced by USD 30/MT CFR as well month on month. As global downstream demand is slowing down, PVC import quotation declines accordingly.
