The Wuda Calcium Carbide Project of Inner Mongolia Junzheng Chemical is Operating Smoothly

Wuda Calcium Carbide Company, one of the member enterprises under Inner Mongolia Junzheng Energy & Chemical Group Co., Ltd., was established in April 2023 and is in the Wuda Industrial Park in Wuhai District, Inner Mongolia, covering an area of 312,500 square meters.
The company¡äs raw material calcium carbide project has a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan, with the construction of six large-scale enclosed calcium carbide furnaces of 81,000 kVA, with an annual production capacity of 700,000 tons. The raw material facility adopts the world¡äs most advanced 81,000 KVA calcium carbide furnaces and production processes with independent intellectual property rights owned by Junzheng.
Currently, all six calcium carbide furnaces have been put into operation, with a production and operation load of 80% and a production capacity of approximately 600,000 tons.
The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2 billion yuan, profits, and taxes of 160 million yuan, and create 550 new jobs.
