2024-5-20

On May 17th, the return gas from the carbonization system of the carbonization furnace was successfully transported to the white ash unit of the continuation project. At this point, the 2024 maintenance and defect elimination work of the 800,000 ton/year semi-coke plant of the Shenmu calcium carbide continuation project has been successfully completed, marking the one-time operation after maintenance.

The management personnel of the semi-coke plant were on duty on site, closely monitoring the safety control during the launch process. Technical backbone personnel strictly followed the operation plan and pre-launch device confirmation list to carry out blind flange plugging, pipeline replacement, valve switch status inspection and other work in an orderly manner. During the process, employees in each position strived to perform key operations such as starting and stopping key equipment, handling abnormal situations, and controlling important process indicators to ensure the overall performance and safety of the device after operation. Through step-by-step inspection, the interlocking debugging of equipment instruments, single machine debugging and linkage debugging were successfully completed, ensuring the successful launch of the 800,000 ton/year semi-coke plant.
