Recently, the technical renovation project of Qinghai Yihua dichloroethane plant was successfully launched in one time. After nearly a month′s operation, various production indicators are normal and the products have reached the excellent level.

The project installed steel structures to the east of the existing distillation unit. Based on the previous single-tower process, it optimized the use of double-tower process to purify dichloroethane residue, further promoting the reduction of dichloroethane hazardous waste and the purification of dichloroethane residue to meet the standards.

Before the launch, the branch factory formulated and improved the sweeping, pressure testing and leak testing, and the launch plan. It also conducted special training and examinations for relevant personnel in the distillation positions. After a series of intensive preparations and strict confirmation of the launch plan step by step, the plant was successfully launched in one time. During the operation, the Group′s Industrial Committee went to the site to optimize process indicators and sampling analysis results. Currently, various indicators of dichloroethane have reached the optimal level, and it is expected to create an annual profit of 1 million yuan.
