Filing of Jiangxi Lee & Man Chemical¡¯s Trifluorochloroethylene and Supporting Projects

On May 21st, Jiangxi Lee & Man Chemical¡äs trifluoroethylene and supporting projects were successfully registered.
According to the official account of Fluorochemical, the project is totally invested at 500 million yuan, which is located in the Chemical Park of Wharf Industrial City, Ruichang City, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. The project mainly include:
(1) Optimize and upgrade some equipment and facilities of the existing 20,000 ton/year difluoromethane (R22) unit to enable them to produce trifluorotrichloroethane (R113). After that, the unit can flexibly produce R22 and R113 based on market conditions while the scale of the unit remains unchanged.
(2) Propose a 100,00 ton/year trifluoroethylene (CTFE) co production unit for manufacturing 1000 ton/year trifluoroethylene (TrFE).
(3) The production equipment of the project is built in stages, while integrated facilities such as production auxiliary facilities, storage tank areas, loading and unloading facilities, and public systems are developed for the project. Part of the public auxiliary facilities rely on the existing facilities in the factory area.
