Guangxi Chlor Alkali¡¯s Epoxy Propane and Polyether Design Passed Review

The design review meeting for the basic engineering of the polyether polyol unit of the hydrogen peroxide water-based epoxy propane (HPPO) and polyether polyol integration project (hereinafter referred to as the project) of Guangxi Huayi Chlor-alkali Chemical Co., Ltd-Huayi Qinzhou Chemical New Materials Integration Base was held in Shanghai on May 28th. Gu Weizhong, Vice President of Huayi Group, attended the review meeting and requested that the polyether polyol unit should proceed with project construction in an orderly and high-quality manner according to the overall project schedule, ensuring that the project is delivered simultaneously.
Gu Weizhong proposed that the polyether polyol unit is a key device for the high-quality development and industrial chain expansion and extension of Phase I of the Qinzhou Base Phase III. He hopes that the construction unit will strengthen communication with patent holders and design units to optimize the project plan, and achieve actual production benefits that are better than expected. At the same time, four requirements are proposed: firstly, the construction unit and the design unit should coordinate well to ensure the orderly connection between the process package and basic design work, clarify the patent holder¡äs work, and deepen the process technology scheme with the complete equipment provider. Secondly, the construction unit should collaborate with the design unit to carefully study and demonstrate, and put expert opinions in place. At the same time, draw on the experience of advanced domestic enterprises and equipment technology in the implementation of opinions. Thirdly, in accordance with the overall requirements of advanced technology, reliable equipment, safe and controllable production and strong operability, basic design optimization and detailed design work should be carried out well. Fourthly, at each stage of project implementation, all parties involved in the project are required to unite sincerely, strengthen exchanges, fulfill their responsibilities wholeheartedly so as to promote project construction with high quality.
