The Latest Progress of Three BDO Industry Chain Projects in Inner Mongolia

Inner Mongolia Huaheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd.¡äs 104,000 ton/year BDO production line 3 and 46,000 ton/year PTMEG production line 4 have been put into operation. With the two additional 104,000 ton/year BOD production lines and three 46,000 ton/year PTMEG production lines in place, the company¡äs BDO production capacity has reached 312,000 tons/year and PTMEG production capacity has reached 184,000 tons/year.

The BDO-PBAT integrated project of Wuhai Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd. is progressing at full speed. "Currently, the design progress is 94% complete, the procurement progress is 90% complete, the construction progress is 43% complete, and the overall construction progress of the project is 64% complete. The company strives to complete the mid-term delivery by the end of 2024 and achieve the operation of the BDO device in the first half of 2025.

The "Limestone-calcium carbide-BDO-degradable plastic" green low-carbon degradable plastic recycling industry chain project of Junzheng Group is progressing smoothly. The first 300000 tons/year BDO projects and 120,000 tons/year PTMEG projects have completed 90% of the overall construction progress. The supporting calcium carbide upgrading and modification projects, 3 million tons/year coking projects, and 550,000 tons/year methanol comprehensive utilization projects have all completed the overall construction and gradually entered trial production in stages.

Inner Mongolia Meibang Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd. strives to achieve effective production in June for its annual production of 30,000 tons of tetrahydrofuran and 1000 tons of ionic liquid catalyst projects. At present, the installation of equipment in the tetrahydrofuran workshop, sodium carbonate workshop, and ionic liquid catalyst workshop has been completed, and the production of storage tanks in the tank area has been completed.
