On May 31, Urad Middle Banner signed a cooperation framework agreement with Inner Mongolia Wanzhong Weiye Investment Group Co., Ltd. for fluorinated chemical industry projects.

It is reported that the contract amount is 1 billion yuan, and the investment contents of the agreement include 60,000 tons/year of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride and 30,000 tons/year of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid projects. The project is proposed to be built in the processing park of Ganqimaodu Port.

As early as late March, Wanzhong Weiye Investment Group Co., Ltd. had signed a cooperation agreement with Baotou Yufeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., acquiring three mining rights, one exploration right, and one flotation plant of fluorite mines under the name of Baotou Yufeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and Damaoqi Hongxing Fluorite Co., Ltd. (subsidiary). As the largest and most well-documented fluorite mining enterprise in Baotou Dalhan Maoming′an United Banner, Yufeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. owns a mining area of 23.39 square kilometers, with an ore quantity of 7.111 million tons, a mineral quantity of 2.852 million tons, and an average ore grade of 46.81%.
