Recently, the ethylene-based PVC export market has dropped in East China, with a range of USD 15-25/ton FOB. The overall operating rate of local PVC plants remains low, with some manufacturers planning to resume production on December 5th and leaving very little impact on the supply-demand pattern. Meanwhile, the export volume within the region remains stable.
