2024-8-1
On July 30th, the project for an annual production of 90,000 tons of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid by Jiangxi Wofu Chemical completed its registration.
This project locates in the Sulfur Chemical Industry Park, Dexing High-tech Industrial Park, Jiangxi Province, with a total investment of 1,075 million yuan, covers an area of approximately 149 mu (a traditional Chinese unit of area, approximately 9.9 hectares), and has a construction area of approximately 30,000 square meters. It primarily uses synthetic fluorite powder, sulfuric acid (98%), sulfuric acid (105%), lime, liquid caustic soda, and high-purity water as its main raw materials to produce 90,000 tons per year of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid (main product), with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, fluosilicic acid, fluorogypsum, and hydrofluoric acid as byproducts.
