Recently, Formosa Plastics, a major Taiwanese producer, announced its PVC quotation for December with the price to China up USD 30/MT CFR and price to India raised by USD 30/MT CFR as well month on month. As downstream demand in India and Southeast Asia is about to recover, PVC import quotation shows an upward trend.
