In order to implement laws and regulations such as the Environmental Protection Law of the People′s Republic of China and the Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People′s Republic of China, prevent and control environmental pollution, improve ecological environment quality, regulate and guide the environmental management of waste salt utilization and disposal in the pesticide industry, the "Technical Specification for Pollution Control of Waste Salt Utilization and Disposal (Pesticide Industry)" is now approved as a national ecological environment standard and published.

The standard name and number are as follows:

Technical Specifications for Pollution Control of Waste Salt Utilization and Disposal (Pesticide Industry) (HJ 1360-2024)

This standard will be implemented from April 1, 2025, with details published on the website of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment（ http://www.mee.gov.cn）.
