On October 19th, the average current of 10 electrolytic cells in the first line of Shenmu chlor-alkali caustic soda plant reached 14.85KA, with all parameters running stably, achieving full load operation.

In response to the recent shortened operation cycle of the saltwater ceramic membrane and the difficulty of meeting production demand with the saltwater flow rate, they actively communicated with the manufacturer and extended the effective operation time of the ceramic membrane by inspecting the internal membrane tubes of the ceramic membrane, increasing the frequency of sludge discharge, and adding sodium and caustic soda for washing. This laid a solid foundation for the frontline improvement of the caustic soda unit to full load. At the same time, each team continues to strengthen the skills training of personnel in their positions, and effectively improves the comprehensive quality and practical level of all employees and fully guarantees the stable operation of production facilities through the implementation of "mentorship pairing" and arranging new employees to learn in shifts.
