Since the beginning of this year, Sinopec Jianghan Salt Chemical Hubei Co., Ltd. has continuously strengthened the management of electrolyzers to ensure that the electrolytic core equipment, electrolyzers, are always in a state of efficient, safe and stable operation. From January to September, the output of the company′s main products, caustic soda and liquid chlorine, was 191,200 tons and 169,700 tons respectively, with an increase of 7.4% for both.

The company strengthens equipment management and timely carries out inspection and maintenance to eliminate the bottleneck of high-load operation of the facility. In the annual shutdown and maintenance work in August, the chlor-alkali operation department of the company completed 76 maintenance projects as planned, effectively solving the problems existing in the chlor-alkali facility and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the facility.

They also strictly enforce process discipline and operation discipline, inspect the process control situation every day, and formulate countermeasures to ensure the safety, stability and sustainability of production. They also organize equipment operation and process deputy shift training to continuously improve the operational skill level of employees and lay a solid foundation for the completion of the chlor-alkali output task target.
