Polyether polyol is an important raw material for polyurethane products and is widely used in various rigid foams, flexible foams and adhesive products. It is currently a widely used chemical raw material. Among them, flexible foam polyether polyol is the type with the largest consumption and the widest application in the polyol family. It is used in furniture sponges, mattresses, and car seats, and is also used to prepare various elastomers and molded products.

The company′s total polyether unit production capacity ranks among the top seven in the country. Among them, the single-line production capacity of 240,000 tons/year continuous polyether is the first in the country, with significant scale benefits. The polyether unit relies on the world′s super-large refining-chemical integration project. About 90% of the raw materials (propylene oxide, propylene glycol, styrene, acrylonitrile, etc.) are self-produced by the company, with obvious cost competitive advantages. The company′s polyether products have many grades and diverse production processes, which can be flexibly switched according to market conditions. Moreover, the project is located in a concentrated area of chemical product consumption, with low logistics costs and rich sales channels, and has extremely strong competitive advantages. The smooth production of polymer polyol products enriches the product variety of the polyether unit, meets the different needs of customers, improves the profit-making ability of the unit, and further enhances the company′s brand image in the polyurethane industry.
