In Northwest China, the manufacturers in the lake salt production area determines production based on sales, but there is insufficient downstream demand in some areas, resulting in relatively low sales volume for salt producers. In addition, some areas have difficulty ensuring railway transportation capacity, which puts some inventory pressure on salt producers.
