In mid-November, with fewer maintenance plans among PVC facilities in the region, we saw an increase in the overall operating rates, with more supplies available in the market, while in the consumer market, downstream processing enterprises maintained a low utilization rate after signing orders, resulting in reduced market demand and increased inventory pressure due to poor sales from manufacturers.
