The integrated project of propylene oxide (HPPO) by the hydrogen peroxide process and polyether polyol in Guangxi Chlor-Alkali has now completed the construction of preliminary works and been delivered to various EPC units for starting construction on site, and the project has entered the stage of full-scale construction.

The project started construction in November 2023, and initiated the construction work of pile foundation works, primary underground pipelines and main roads in May this year. Since the start of the project construction, Guangxi Huayi Chlor-Alkali Company has scientifically planned the construction arrangements, efficiently promoted the progress of the project construction, closely followed up the construction situation, and promptly resolved the difficulties and problems encountered in the project construction, striving to achieve comprehensive coordination and smooth progress of the construction tasks.

This project will further optimize the industrial structure of the Huayi Qinzhou New Materials Integrated Base, enhance the regional competitiveness, and is of great significance for accelerating the extension of the Qinzhou petrochemical industry chain, forming the petrochemical industry cluster along the Beibu Gulf coast, and building a national-level Qinzhou petrochemical industry base.
