On November 30th, the technological transformation project of the 600,000-ton/year Propylene Oxide Project of Sinochem Tianchen Quanzhou reached a crucial milestone. The reboiler, which is the last static equipment of the project, was successfully hoisted. The equipment weighs 196.69 tons and was hoisted to a height of 31.5 meters. It was jointly completed by a 650-ton crawler crane as the main hoisting equipment and a 500-ton truck crane for assisting in tailing. Meanwhile, the frequency conversion cabinet of the electrical equipment was also successfully installed in place. The frequency conversion cabinet weighs 14.84 tons and needs to be installed in the operating 10KV substation. After communication and discussion among the technical personnel, it was finally slid to the installation position along the track. Up to now, the hoisting and installation work of large equipment for the project has been fully accomplished.
