Three Projects under Zhongyan Jilantai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Kicked off

Recently, multiple projects under Zhongyan Jilantai Chlor Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhongyan Inner Mongolia Chemical Co., Ltd., have officially started.
Project 1: Renewable energy replacement project of coal fired captive power plant (33MW photovoltaic project) under Zhongyan Jilantai Chlor Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd.
The total investment of the project is 162.5348 million yuan, including 48.7604 million yuan of self-owned funds and 113.7744 million yuan of bank loans.It is located in Alxa High tech Industrial Development Zone, Alxa League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a construction land of 118 hectares.
The planned construction period is from November 2024 to December 2025.
The project plans to develop 33MW/39.7656MWp photovoltaics, and two 35kV collection cable lines will be installed in the photovoltaic area to connect to the 220kV substation. The project construction land covers 118 hectares.
Project 2: Automation upgrade and renovation project of liquid chlorine storage tank system in chlorine hydrogen workshop under Zhongyan Jilantai Chlor Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd.
The total investment of this project is 2.5 million yuan, all of which are self-owned funds without bank loans. It is located in Alxa High tech Industrial Development Zone, Alxa League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The planned construction period is from November 2024 to March 2025.
The project plans to change the liquid chlorine storage tank pouring valve, balance pipe valve, tail gas valve control, and manual valve in the chlorine hydrogen workshop to automatic valves, while introducing the status into the DCS system to complete the liquid chlorine storage tank pouring operation through DCS.
Project 3: Centralized display and alarm project for temperature and status signals in the chlor alkali area under Zhongyan Jilantai Chlor Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd.
The total investment of the project is 3 million yuan, all of which are self-owned funds without bank loans. The construction site is the High tech Industrial Development Zone in Alxa Left Banner, Alxa League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
The planned construction period is from November 2024 to March 2025.
The project collects existing temperature measurement signals at the motor end of the chlor alkali area (including chlor alkali plants, resin plants, and polymer material plants) and adds vibration sensors. Some temperature vibration integrated detection sensors are added at the equipment end. The PT100 sensors installed on the front and rear bearings of the motor and the information from the newly added sensors are connected to the data acquisition system, thus ensuring that temperature and vibration data signals are collected, centrally displayed, and analyzed for alarm.
