Recently, the reporter learned from the Liaocheng Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning that the dedicated railway line of Luxi Chemical Group has been included in the "Key Project Pool for the Mid-term Adjustment of the 14th Five-Year Plan for Comprehensive Transportation in Shandong Province". The total investment of the project is approximately 3.1 billion yuan. The terrain of the areas through which the line passes belongs to Class I terrain areas. It will be constructed in accordance with the standards for a Class I single-track (with a speed of 120 km/h and below) mixed passenger and freight railway. The total length of the project line is 27.42 kilometers, the length of the main line subgrade is 25.30 kilometers, the designed speed is 80 kilometers per hour, and the width of the subgrade is 8.1 meters. There will be 2 intermediate stations, 4 extra-large bridges, and 1 large bridge along the whole line.

The construction site of the project involves Chiping District, Dongchangfu District, Dong′e County and the High-tech Zone. The construction of this project is of great significance for implementing the national policy of "shifting from road to railway", adjusting the transportation structure, reducing the transportation costs of enterprises, and ensuring the sustainable economic development along the line. The construction of the project complies with the national industrial policies and the national land supply policies.
