Recently, the acetylene-based PVC export market has decreased in Northwest China, down around USD 10-20/ton FOB. According to local business insiders, the overall plant operating rate remains high. At the same time, as the trading atmosphere in the export market is flat, the region has seen the overall number of new orders maintained at a limited level.
