on april 11th, the signing and commencement ceremony of the epc general contracting contract for the 400,000 ton/year wanhua borsodchem vcm project was successfully held at the borsod chemical industrial park in hungary.

the ceremony was attended by liu boxue, senior advisor of wanhua chemical, lv hongjie, president of borsodchem, and krupa laslow, general manager as well as liu yiheng, president of chengda company.

xu bin, vice general manager of chengda company, and sabo yanosh, vice president of borsodchem, signed the contract on behalf of both parties.

at the ceremony, liu yiheng reviewed the cooperation process between chengda company and wanhua chemical. during the exec　ution of multiple projects at wanhua chemical′s yantai, fujian, sichuan, and penglai bases, the two teams established a high degree of trust and sowed seeds of friendship.

this project is the first epc general contracting project undertaken by chengda in the eu region, and is the latest measure by chengda to actively put the national "；the belt and road"； initiative into practice. liu yiheng stated that chengda company will continue to provide multi-level and comprehensive engineering and technical services to wanhua chemical with excellent technical strength and rich international engineering management experience, thus contributing to wanhua chemical′s overseas development.

as wanhua chemical is committed to shaping borsodchem into the most competitive and environmentally friendly polyurethane manufacturing base in europe, the new vcm project is the key to achieving this goal as another important milestone in wanhua chemical′s overseas growth.
