Letter of Comments on the Draft Safety Technical Specification for the Production of Acetylene-based VCM

In order to strengthen the safety risk control of calcium carbide and vinyl chloride and improve the overall safety level of the industry, the Hazardous Chemical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Emergency Management organized the preparation of the "Technical Specification for Safety Production of Calcium Carbide (Draft for Comments)" and "Technical Specification for Safety Production of Acetylene-based VCM (Draft for Comments)" (see attachment), which are now open for public comments.

Please fill in the relevant modification opinions in the "Comments Form" (see Attachment 3) in writing for feedback before March 26, 2025, and send the electronic version to the designated email address（liujun@cosha.org.cn）. The relevant materials can be downloaded from the section "Interaction-Collection of Opinions" on the website of the Ministry of Emergency Management.
