The Hubei Yihua Group’s Chlor Alkali New Energy Project mainly undertakes the 200,000-ton caustic soda production capacity of the Yuanxiaoting Industrial Park and Yidu Park of Yihua Group, which seeks to develop downstream products such as chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), high-purity hydrogen, high-purity electronic chemicals, and provides caustic soda, chlorine gas, hydrogen gas, salt acid and other resources for other enterprises in the park. With a total investment of about 3 billion yuan, this project covers a land area of approximately 536 acres.

The chlor-alkali and CPE facilities in Xiaoting Chemical Industrial Park, Yichang City, Yihua, Hubei Province have been shut down. The aforementioned assets and supporting power supply lines are proposed to be transferred to Hubei Yihua Group Chemical Machinery Equipment Manufacturing and Installation Co., Ltd. through an agreement, with a total transfer price of 112 million yuan.
