Recently, the typical case of the technical transformation project of the intelligent stereoscopic warehouse of Haiwan Chemical has been successfully selected as one of the excellent cases of equipment renewal and technical transformation in Qingdao in 2024.
The intelligent stereoscopic warehouse of Haiwan Chemical is mainly composed of stereoscopic shelves, stacker cranes, conveyors, WMS (Warehouse Management System) and auxiliary equipment. Through RGV/AGV and related logistics transportation equipment, intelligent storage and handling of goods are carried out. Then, relying on warehouse management systems such as WMS, an integrated process of automatic identification, detection and sorting of goods is finally realized.
The equipment of the intelligent stereoscopic warehouse also adopts modular and standardized design. Through frequency conversion technology, stepless speed regulation and optimized control of speed/acceleration are achieved. Various high-performance parameters have a certain margin of redundancy. With various positioning technologies, the actions are fast and accurate, and the error is as small as ¡À3mm. There are also standard configurations of multiple safety functions, ensuring the safe, stable, accurate and reliable operation of the equipment.
After the implementation of this project, the warehousing efficiency has doubled. It not only ensures the smooth production and delivery of goods, but also realizes the automatic reception of finished products from the packaging workshop into the stereoscopic warehouse, the storage of finished products, and the outbound of finished products. At the same time, it also realizes the intelligent control and management of the supply of packaging materials to the packaging workshop, the supply of empty pallets to the packaging line, and the inbound and outbound of purchased goods.
