On February 25th, the seminar on the import and export work of the chlor-alkali industry organized by CCAIA was held online. Enterprises such as Bohua Chemical Development, Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical, SP Chemicals, Xinjiang Tianye, Xinfa Group, Qingdao Haiwan Chemical, Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical, Beiyuan Group, Befar Group, Ordos Chlor-Alkali, Formosa Industries (Ningbo), LG Bohai, Wanhua(Ningbo), and Zhengyang Development attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Lili, Director of the International Cooperation Working Committee of CCAIA. The meeting reported on the overall import and export situation of the chlor-alkali industry in 2024. Bohua Chemical Development, Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical, and SP Chemicals respectively provided detailed introductions and analyses on the supply and demand pattern of the international PVC market, the export business dynamics of Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical, and the caustic soda export situation of SP Chemicals. Other participating enterprises introduced their respective international business development situations and the problems faced in the export market, and put forward suggestions for the work of CCAIA. In the concluding remarks, Zhang Peichao, Vice President and Secretary General of CCAIA, said that CCAIA will better serve the industry enterprises in its work, help enterprises expand the international market, and better promote the international cooperation work of the industry.
