Recently, the Quzhou Ecological Environment Bureau issued a public notice on the acceptance of the Environmental Impact Report of the "Energy-saving Optimization and Technical Renovation Project of the 100,000 Tons per Year Epichlorohydrin Unit" of Quzhou Juhua Polyamide Co., Ltd.

The 100,000 tons per year epichlorohydrin project of Quzhou Juhua Polyamide Co., Ltd. has been completed and put into trial production. During the trial operation, it was found that the production bottleneck of the epichlorohydrin unit was obvious, and the actual production capacity could not reach the designed scale. Therefore, the polyamide company applied for the energy-saving optimization and technical renovation project of the 100,000 tons per year epichlorohydrin unit. It is planned to fill and make up the production capacity of the existing unit to 100,000 tons per year by optimizing the process and adding some equipment. At the same time, the existing power system will be renovated, and a set of comprehensive utilization system for reaction heat will be newly built to utilize the reaction heat of the chlorination reaction system, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction. After the implementation of this technical renovation project, the overall production process will remain unchanged, and the approved production scale will still be maintained at 100,000 tons per year of epichlorohydrin.
