The PO Project of Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical has been Put into Production

Recently, Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. has successfully put into production its 300,000 tons/year direct oxidation method PO project, and the products have passed the inspection and begun to be sold externally.
As an important extension project of the company, this project uses propylene and hydrogen produced by the company¡äs own PDH facility as raw materials, which can maximize the mutual supply and use of raw materials, products, and energy. It is another measure in line with the company¡äs project development principles of ¡®building, extending, supplementing, and strengthening the industrial chain¡¯. It strengthens the comprehensive utilization of recycled materials and thermal energy among units, achieves upstream and downstream extension of the industrial chain, further enhances the resilience of the industrial chain, and improves the company¡äs overall industrial chain level and competitiveness.
Project Content: The project aims to utilize the products produced by the company¡äs PDH project as the main raw materials, adopting the direct oxidation process using hydrogen peroxide to construct a 300,000 tons/year direct oxidation PO unit and a 900,000 tons/year hydrogen peroxide unit, along with supporting utility and auxiliary production facilities.
Investment Scale: According to the feasibility study report, the total estimated investment for this project is 3.53 billion yuan, including 3.445 billion yuan for construction investment and 85 million yuan for initial working capital. The project funding will be sourced from the company¡äs own funds and bank loans.
Project Construction Period: 20 months
Expected Economic Benefits: After completion and commencement of operations, the project will annually add 300,000 tons of PO products, enhance the utilization level of hydrogen resources, and is expected to achieve an annual average sales revenue of 3.578 billion yuan and profits of 409 million yuan. This will further optimize the product structure, expand product application areas, thereby improving comprehensive service capabilities, enhancing core competitiveness, and delivering sound economic and social benefits.
