The second phase of the "Two Modernizations" relocation and renovation project of Tianjin Bohua′s chlor alkali integrated unit - an annual production of 400,000 tons of PVC project is located in Nangang Industrial Zone, Binhai New Area, with a construction area of about 51200 square meters. The main construction content includes the construction, decoration, water supply and drainage, HVAC, electrical engineering of 26 individual units such as polymerization stripping plant, drying plant, auxiliary agent preparation plant, polyvinyl chloride packaging plant, finished product warehouse and supporting auxiliary engineering buildings, as well as the installation and commissioning of processes, equipment, electrical and instrumentation throughout the site.

After the completion of the project, it is expected to produce 400,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride annually, which will not only optimize the structural layout of Tianjin′s petrochemical industry, but also effectively promote energy conservation, emission reduction, and environmental improvement, promote enterprise structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading, optimize urban space and industrial layout, and generate good economic and social benefits.
