Recently, the 900,000-ton-per-year propane dehydrogenation to propylene project (PDH3) of Fuzhou Wanjing Petrochemical Co., Ltd., constructed by the First Company of Shaanxi Petroleum Chemical Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd（SPCECC）, successfully started operation in Fuqing Jiangyin Development Zone. Testing shows that all technical indicators of the polymer-grade propylene produced by the plant meet international advanced standards, marking a significant breakthrough in the company′s propane dehydrogenation plant construction capabilities and further consolidating SPCECC′s comprehensive competitive edge in the petrochemical sector. 

Since the project commenced on February 5, 2023, the project management team of SPCECC ′s First Company has overcome challenges such as frequent plum rain weather and complex cross-operation in the southeastern coastal area, driving efficient construction through technological innovation. After the project′s commissioning, the total propylene production capacity of Fujian Zhongjing Petrochemical Group will increase to 2.7 million tons per year, continuing to lead the domestic and international propane dehydrogenation industry and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the new materials industry chain in the southeastern coastal region.
