LONGi Hydrogen Delivers Equipment for Australia¡äs Largest Green Hydrogen Project

Recently, two 1,000 Nm³/h electrolyzer units produced by Xi¡äan LONGi Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd. departed from the Wuxi factory in Jiangsu for the Murray Valley Hydrogen Park in Australia after completing final debugging and inspections. This marks one of Australia¡äs largest green hydrogen projects and LONGi Hydrogen¡äs first green hydrogen equipment delivery for the country. 

The Hydrogen Park Murray Valley project is a benchmark case for the development of the green hydrogen industry in Australia and globally. Leveraging renewable energy to produce green hydrogen, the project will blend hydrogen at a 10% ratio into the local natural gas network, expanding green hydrogen¡äs application scenarios and offering new ideas for diversified energy supply. Upon completion, it will become Australia¡äs largest green hydrogen project, eight times the scale of the current largest project. The green hydrogen produced annually will provide clean energy for approximately 40,000 households and 20 industrial sites, with an estimated average annual carbon reduction of 3,000 tons. 

It is understood that the Australian market has extremely high requirements for the safety, reliability, and compliance of electrolyzer equipment. The shipped units have successfully passed Australian market access requirements such as AS 3000 electrical safety certification, ASME pressure vessel standards, and IECEx explosion-proof certification. To ensure equipment meets project requirements and market standards, LONGi Hydrogen has strictly controlled material selection, production, and testing processes, achieving "full-process compliance" from design drawings to manufacturing techniques. In material selection and design, the company optimized the electrolyzer equipment to improve hydrogen production efficiency and stability. During production, advanced manufacturing processes and strict quality control systems were employed to ensure every component meets high-quality standards.
