On May 20, the Hinggan League Goldwind Technology Wind Power Hydrogen Production Project (Phase I) was filed for record.  The total investment is 600 million yuan and the planned construction period is from July 2025 to May 2027.  The project mainly involves the construction of hydrogen production units, gas-liquid separation, hydrogen compression, hydrogen storage, and supporting auxiliary systems such as air compressors and cooling water systems. The hydrogen production scale is 32,000 Nm³/h. After full completion and commissioning, the annual output of green hydrogen will reach 10,000 tons. 

Goldwind Technology′s 500,000-ton green methanol project with wind power coupling in Hinggan League has a total planned investment of 13.665 billion yuan. It includes a 2 million-kilowatt wind power project and the construction of biomass power generation units, biomass gasification units, etc. Upon completion, it will produce 500,000 tons of green methanol annually.

The project is implemented in two phases. With a scale of 250,000 tons/year, construction officially started in April 2024 for Phase I. Southwest Institute of Chemical Corp., Ltd. (Abb. as SWCHEM) won the bid for the EPC general contracting project of the water electrolysis hydrogen production plant (Phase I). The gasifier installation has been completed, and commissioning is expected in September this year.
