Progress of the World¡äs Largest Plasticizer Production Capacity Base Project

Recently, the first-phase installation project of the annual 980,000-ton green chemical new materials project of Guangdong Lingchuang Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd., undertaken by the Fourth Construction Co., Ltd. of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation. This project is positioned as the world¡äs largest production base for plasticizers in terms of production capacity.
Located in the New Materials Industrial Park of Huidong County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, the project is a key provincial-level project covering an area of 200,000 square meters with a total investment of 2.56 billion yuan. It is expected to achieve an output value of 8.8 billion yuan upon reaching full production. The first phase of the project includes a 90,000-ton/year phthalic anhydride plant, a multi-variety plasticizer production line, and supporting facilities such as tank farms, pump houses, and central control systems. The plasticizer production line adopts the world-leading fully continuous production technology, featuring significant advantages of low energy consumption, superior quality, large production capacity, and strong cost control. After commissioning, it will become Guangdong¡äs largest phthalic anhydride production line and the world¡äs largest production base for plasticizers in terms of capacity. Various plasticizer products produced by the project can be widely applied in high-end fields such as medical products, films, new energy high-voltage cables, and automotive electronics.
