On July 9th, Beiyuan Group obtained the national invention patent authorization for "A Production Device and Method for High-Impact PVC Resin". Up to now, the company has obtained 428 valid patents, including 18 invention patents.

On the basis of not changing the existing process system and production equipment, this technology realizes the production of high-impact PVC resin by adding different impact modifiers into the polymerization kettle according to the different requirements of products for PVC impact performance, which then undergo graft copolymerization with VCM monomers. Currently, the industry generally adopts the method of adding tougheners into the molding processing formula to improve the impact performance of products, but there are problems such as poor uniformity of PVC resin blending and toughening modification, high cost of tougheners, and complex mixing process. In response to these issues and combined with customer needs, Beiyuan Group has actively explored and researched the synthesis method of high-impact PVC resin and achieved significant progress.
