It is reported that from project filing to construction permit, there were dedicated personnel providing guidance throughout the process, and the approval time was halved compared to expectations. At present, 80% of the main construction work has been completed. Under the premise of ensuring safety, the project is rushing to meet the schedule to ensure trial production as scheduled in October.
